What We Do

Our mission is to enable anyone, regardless of ability, to have access to, and participate in educational and leisure activities that we provide.

We can be viewed as an exciting alternative to short break care or day services. We will provide and support outings so that individuals can spend quality time with friends in a safe and supported environment.

Helping our customers to learn important life skills and so they will feel more independent as we support them from a safe distance so they can engage and feel in control of their lifestyle and choices.

Our mission is to involve everyone with deciding what activities and outings we provide.

We have regular planning meetings so that customers feel in control and can have their say in their own care packages and they can plan different outings that they would like to get involved in.

We support social daily/night activities such as bowling, cinema nights, restaurant outings day trips to theme parks, activities to keep you fit, fun nights clubbing and time at the pub with friends. The list is endless.

We will plan nights away to different holiday destinations, days will be spent exploring and include lots of fun adventures.

We hold regular meetings which involve all our customers so we then can organise events which could include daily outings across the country to simple evenings getting together with friends.

Priding ourselves on bringing life-enhancing experiences at the most affordable prices, we aim to develop skills, explore interests and build friendships.

We also aim to provide educational days that will involve working in partnership with other professionals so that along our journey we can support you with important life skills and help with important choices. Finding employment or college courses, also we can provide support to clients who face decisions about living arrangements by linking you to professionals that can provide relevant information.

The Process

We’ve put together a few important points regarding how we operate.

Each week has a full, all-inclusive itinerary of daytime & evening activities, with  staff available 24hrs a day. Individual needs and interests are always considered. It’s a great way to meet and socialise with friends. You will be able to check the website or our Facebook page to check upcoming trips.

We will provide door to door service where possible and we aim to limit costs at all time so you get a great experience at a competitive cost.

We welcome customers who use individual budgets or direct payments. Alternatively you can arrange to pay privately if you would like to join any of our activities.

We can set up a pay as you go option or if you wanted regular days then it’s possible to set up a monthly payment plan.

Just get in contact with the friendly team and we will discuss costings and any other queries you may have.

If you are new to the supported outings gang we will visit you at home prior to your outing. This enables us to introduce ourselves, explain the who we are and what we do, and we can then complete any risk assessments and relevant documentation and discuss any personal requirements.

We will discuss personal added costs on an individual basis. If there are any additional costs for activities we will explain this to you.

All holidays are led by experienced managers and supported by fully qualified staff. Also responsible for your wellbeing is a member of care staff assigned to support you during activities and provide any care assistance you might need. We work usually on a 3-1 basis, however please contact us if you to discuss any other care needs. Our team of care staff are all trained, CRB/DBS checked.
